Process
If you’ve worked with other agencies, you know that they all have a process that goes something like this: discovery, planning, execution. What makes Outfox different is that we “get” sales, and we enjoy working with sales people.
Give your sales team the tools to outpartner, outvalue, and outperform by following our 4 step process.
Step 1: Intro Call
Timeline: 10-15 minutes (20-30 if you’re a talker)
Goal: Determine whether or not we’re a good fit for one another. If we’re not, that’s ok. If we are, onward to Step 2!
Deliverables:
- Phone call with Jen
- Proposal for Outfox Schematic if we’re a fit
You’ll talk to Jen and see if you think you want to work with us.
Step 2: Outfox Schematic
Timeline: 5-10 Business days
Goal: Understand what needs to be done to meet your objectives, and the best way to go about getting it done.
Deliverables:
- Interview with your team/stakeholders (you better get all the important people on this call so there’s no swoop and poop later)
- Review of your top competitors/peers
- Review of your current sales and marketing (Jen will be honest, but nice about it)
- Recommendations and proposal for next steps
You’ll walk away with actionable insight you can use regardless of whether or not you continue to partner with Outfox.
Step 3: Outfox Plan
Timeline: Approximately 30 Days
Goal: Build the foundation for your ongoing success.
Deliverables may include:
- Sales enablement strategy
- Content marketing plans
- Messaging strategies
- Customer personas
- Implementation calendar
You’ll get a measurable plan with implementation that can begin immediately.
Step 4: Outfox Factory
Timeline: Ongoing
Goal: Continuous execution and improvement
Following your Outfox Plan, we build a system or “factory” and manage it in order to enable your sales team to sell more with less work.

Look... Free stuff to help you outfox the game.
White papers and other resources that won’t bore you to tears…
it’s like your mom giving you an extra roll of quarters for the arcade.
Judge for yourself if we’re on the same wavelength.
